In the UK, we have started our business producing Original Falafel. In the last few years we have added two other flavours which proved very popular with our customers.

For more than a hundred years Falafel has been a very well known fast food snack meal in the Middle East. In the last ten years or so it has become so popular world wide that it can now be easily found in most major food stores in any major city in the world. Although many people have written different recipes in various food books and via the internet only very few have actually managed to include some of the main herbs and spices of the original and true recipe.
In May 2011, we became the first UK company to introduce Gluten Free Vegetarian / Vegan Chilli Burger and Sos Mixes. Both products are made from 100% natural ingredients.
